The Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture (DSRAC) is seeking two HR Officers / HR Clerks Production (Human Resource Management) across the Alfred Nzo District and Sarah Baartman District. The successful candidates will earn between R237 453 and R279 708 per annum (Level 05). Requirements include a National Senior Certificate plus an NQF Level 6 Diploma or NQF Level 7 Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Management, Public Administration, or Industrial Psychology. Key duties involve leave management, recruitment and selection support, PERSAL capturing, and general HR administration.
