Job Overview

The Office of the Chief Justice is hiring a Supply Chain Management Clerk at the Mpumalanga Division of The High Court in Mbombela. This Level 05 position offers a salary of R237 453 to R279 708 per annum. Applicants must hold a Grade 12 certificate; a relevant National Diploma and driver's license are advantageous. Responsibilities include capturing invoices, supporting asset management, processing purchase orders, and recording procurement transactions. Requirements & Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate as recognised by SAQA
• No experience required
• Three (3) year National Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Economics / Finance / Financial Management / Procurement / Logistics and Public Administration at NQF level 6 with 360 credits as recognised by SAQA (added advantage)
• Valid driver’s license (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of financial functions, practices, data capture, and financial statistics
• Insight into Public Service financial legislation, procedures, and Treasury regulations (PFMA, PSA, DFI)
• Basic financial operating systems (BAS) knowledge
• Basic knowledge of work procedures in terms of work environment and legislative framework governing the public sector
• Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles
• Skills in verbal and written communication, problem-solving, computer literacy, and report writing

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture invoices and create creditor payment advices
• Render asset management clerical support
• Render demand and acquisition clerical support
• Process purchase orders
• Render and record all procurement transactions
