REGISTRAR’S CLERK

Job Overview

The Office of the Chief Justice is hiring a Registrar's Clerk based at the Mpumalanga Division of the High Court in Mbombela. This Level 05 position offers a salary between R237 453 and R279 708 per annum. Applicants must possess a Grade 12 certificate; a legal National Diploma and a valid driver's license serve as added advantages. No prior experience is required. Duties involve performing clerical and administrative work, handling court request files, rendering case management duties, and supporting the administrative registrar. Requirements & Qualifications

• Grade 12 as recognised by SAQA
• No experience required
• A three (3) years National Diploma in legal qualification or equivalent with 360 credits as recognised by SAQA (added advantage)
• Valid driver’s license (added advantage)
• Knowledge of working procedures in the working environment, registry processes, and storage and retrieval procedures
• Understanding of legislative frameworks governing the Public Service, filling system, mail procedure manual, Promotion of Access to Information Act, National archives, and Batho Pele Principles
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Communication, numeracy, interpersonal, problem solving, analysis, time management, and administrative skills
