SENIOR PRACTITIONER: VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION TALENT PIPELINE & RETURN TO WORK

Job Overview

The Compensation Fund in Pretoria is seeking a Senior Practitioner for Vocational Rehabilitation Talent Pipeline & Return to Work. The role requires an NQF level 6 qualification in fields such as Public Administration, HR, Data Analytics, or related areas, alongside 2 years of functional experience. Responsibilities include supporting vocational rehabilitation programmes, liaising with stakeholders, assisting with outreach, and providing administrative support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Public Administration / Public Management / Accounting / Finance / Business Management / General Management / Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Informatics / Business Analytics / Information Systems / Data Analytics / Development Studies / Training & Development.
• 2 years’ functional experience in Vocational training and development/Employability environment.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Del and Compensation Fund objectives and business functions, Directorate goals and performance requirements, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles), Fund Values, PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, Skills Development Levies Act, and COIDA.
• Skills in Data Gathering, Analysis and Strategic Reporting, Knowledge Management, Visualisation, Facilitation and Presentation, and Analysing & Interpreting information (Data Analytics).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support in the implementation of Vocational Rehabilitation Programme on Talent Pipeline and Return to work.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for the provision of required information and data.
• Assist in the implementation of the Vocational Rehabilitation Programme outreach.
• Render effective administrative support services for the section.
