A Deputy Director: Skills Development position is available in Cape Town with an all-inclusive salary package of R932 292 per annum. Candidates must hold an NQF 6 National Diploma in Human Resource Development/Management or equivalent, alongside five years of HR experience, with three years at a junior managerial level. Key responsibilities include managing skills development planning, compiling the Workplace Skills Plan, overseeing internship and bursary programmes, and facilitating induction training. Knowledge of relevant labour legislation and strong leadership skills are essential.
