The Department of Social Development seeks a Deputy Director: Head of Institution for Sekutupu Old Age Home in Capricorn District. Responsibilities include overall management of the specialized welfare facility, implementing the Older Persons Amendment Act, financial oversight, and staff supervision. Requirements include a Bachelor of Social Work, current SACSSP registration, a valid driver's license, and at least 5 years of experience with 3 years at a Junior/Assistant Director level.
