An Assistant Director position is available for Recruitment & Selection and HR Planning, Information & Systems based in Polokwane with a salary range of R487 197 – R584 370 per annum (Level 09). Applicants must possess an NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resources or Public Administration/Management, at least 3 years of supervisory HR experience, a PERSAL certificate, and a valid driver's licence. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, appointments, PERSAL systems, HR and Employment Equity plans.
