ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: EMPLOYER COMPLIANCE

Job Overview

The Compensation Fund in Pretoria seeks four Assistant Directors for Employer Compliance (Ref: HR5/1/2/3/33) with a salary of R487 197 per annum. Candidates require an NQF Level 6 qualification in Accounting, Auditing, or Compliance Management, alongside 4 years of functional experience including 2 years at a supervisory level. Requirements & Qualifications

• Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Accounting, Auditing, or Compliance Management.
• 4 years functional experience in employer assessment, revenue management, financial management, auditing, compliance management, or health insurance environment.
• 2 years of the required experience must be at a supervisory level.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Compensation Fund policies, procedures, and processes.
• Knowledge of COIDA, Public Service Act (PSR), POPIA, PAIA, BCEA, LRA, GRAP, PFMA, and National Treasury Regulations.
• Understanding of risk management, audit practices, and debtors management.
• Skills in technical proficiency, verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and computer literacy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support to Provincial Office COIDA Compliance.
• Coordinate the employer audit activities within the Fund.
• Facilitate COIDA compliance rate and links with relevant units.
• Manage all resources in the Sub-directorate.
