ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: LAND TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT

Job Overview

Requirements & Qualifications

• An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher)
• A minimum of 1 year relevant administrative support experience
• Knowledge of and working experience in legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies and best practices relevant to line functions
• Ability to manage financial processes in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National Treasury Regulations, and Provincial Treasury Instructions
• Knowledge of transport-related regulatory, legislative, policy and framework requirements
• Competency in using information systems, relevant software packages, and computer programmes
• Skills in project management, operational management, procurement, and tendering processes
• Good communication, numeracy, literacy, data analysis, and basic research skills
