Maluti TVET College is offering a 3-year council-paid contract for a Senior Practitioner: Human Resource Development at their Corporate Office in Bethlehem. The role carries a salary of R413 001 per annum (Level 08). Responsibilities include managing training programmes, Work Skills Plans, ETDP SETA submissions, bursaries, internships, learnerships, PMDS, IQMS, employment equity, and supervising staff and resources. Applicants must possess a National Diploma/Degree in HR or related field, 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years at a supervisory level, computer literacy, a PERSAL introduction certificate, and a valid driver's licence.
