SENIOR PERSONNEL PRACTITIONER

Job Overview

A Senior Personnel Practitioner is required at the Head Office, Bellville Health Park, offering a salary of R413 001 per annum. Key responsibilities include organisation design support, project coordination, job evaluation coordination, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. Candidates must possess an appropriate NQF 6 qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, alongside relevant experience in organisational design and job evaluation. Knowledge of PERSAL, public sector PM frameworks, and computer literacy are essential.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resource/ People Management, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field (NQF 6).
• Relevant experience in organisational design, job evaluation, or PM operations.
• Knowledge of public sector PM frameworks, policies, and procedures as well as Establishment Administration.
• Working knowledge of PERSAL, staff establishments and organisational structures.
• Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Numeracy and mathematical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project coordination and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and report-writing skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
