Job Overview

The Directorate: People Strategy is hiring two Personnel Officers based at Bellville Health Park, Cape Town. The role involves providing general administrative support, assisting with research on policy formulation and structural changes within the health environment, and coordinating meetings and workshops. Candidates require a Senior Certificate (NQF 4), administrative experience, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of Public Service HR prescripts is essential. Requirements & Qualifications

• Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4).
• Appropriate experience in the field of administration.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Numeracy and mathematical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of Human Resource prescripts in Public Service.
• Ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with research pertaining to policy formulation on Organisational development.
• Assist with research on structural changes in the Health Environment.
• Render general administrative support services.
• Arrange meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
• Provide efficient support services to the component.
