Job Overview

The Compensation Fund seeks an Inbound Agent based in Pretoria, offering a salary of R280 278 per annum under reference HR 5/1/2/3/28. Requirements & Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• No experience required
• Knowledge of relevant Regulations, Law and Legislation (PFMA, COIDA, POPIA, Promotion of Access to Information Act, Public Service Act, Labour Relations Act, National Treasury Regulations)
• Digital Acumen and Call Centre Functionalities
• Knowledge of Call Management and Query Management
• Stakeholder Development and Management
• Knowledge of Compensation Fund policies, procedures, and processes
• Understanding of Customer Services (Batho Pele Principles) and Customer Care Processes
• Skills in Data Collection and Capturing
• Call Management and Active Listening skills
• Critical and innovative thinking
• Quality Assurance and Service Delivery Innovation skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend to customer queries for Inbound services
• Register and capture COID claims on the operational system
• Perform continuous process improvements
