Job Overview

The Free State Provincial Department seeks a Human Resource Clerk in Bloemfontein at Salary Level 05 (R237 453 per annum). Responsibilities include implementing HR administration policies, recruitment and selection, managing conditions of service, performance management, and handling service terminations. Requirements entail a Grade 12 certificate, good communication skills, computer literacy, and optionally a Certificate in Human Resource Management. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement Human Resource Administration Policies
• Handle recruitment and selection processes including advertisements, appointment, transfers, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, and probationary periods
• Implement conditions of service including leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, and PILIR
• Manage performance management processes
• Handle termination of service steps
• Address human resource administration enquiries
