The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development is advertising six Deputy Registrar of Deeds posts located in Mthatha, Mahikeng, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Polokwane, and Vryburg. The position is a Senior Management Service (SMS) Level 13 role with an all-inclusive remuneration package of R1 317 384 per annum. Applicants must possess a Grade 12 certificate, a B Proc / LLB / B Uris or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification, a Diploma in Deeds Registration Law, a Nyukela pre-entry certificate for SMS, and at least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in property conveyance. Duties involve managing deed examinations and registrations, legal compliance, court advice, and staff training.
