The Western Cape Deeds Registry in Cape Town is hiring a Deputy Registrar of Deeds (Level 13). Applicants require a Grade 12 certificate, an NQF Level 7 legal qualification (such as LLB or B Proc), a Diploma in Deeds Registration Law, a Nyukela SMS certificate, and at least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in property conveyance. Responsibilities include overseeing registration sections, managing workflow processes, guiding interdicts, handling inquiries, and supporting land reform. Oversee systems related helpdesk support. Provide deeds rural development and land reform support services. Provide support to rural development and land reform components.
