Candidates require a 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Public and Business Management, or related fields, alongside at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include delivering work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, organisation design and alignment, service delivery initiatives, practice enablement, and managerial functions. The selection process involves pre-entry practical and integrity assessments, and vetting.
