The stipend is R8 174,75 per month, scaling with qualifications. Applicants must hold a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Transport Economics, Transport Planning, Transport Engineering, Civil Engineering, Town and Regional Planning, or relevant postgraduate qualifications.
