The Department requires a Principal Geomatics Officer based in Mowbray, Western Cape, offering a salary of R413 001 per annum (Level 08). Applicants must hold a Grade 12 Certificate and a National Certificate in Geomatics or Survey Officer Certificate (NQF Level 5), alongside a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in geomatics and geospatial information science. Responsibilities include capturing geospatial data, interpreting imagery, mapping topographical features, quality assurance, and managing archive data.
