Job Overview

Requirements & Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate
• NQF level 6 qualification in Office Administration, Office Management, Management Assistant, or Secretarial studies
• 2-3 years of experience in office administration or secretarial duties
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and prescribed procedures
• Knowledge of basic financial administration
• Proficiency in filing and record keeping
• Good telephone etiquette
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain access and security of information and documents
• Render administrative and secretarial support to the manager
• Prepare reports and minutes of meetings
• Manage appointments and logistical arrangements for the manager
• Manage incoming and outgoing documents
• Perform administrative duties pertaining to office affairs
• Provide professional reception services to internal and external guests and clients
