Port Shepstone Hospital is hiring an Operational Manager- Specialty for the Antenatal & Labour Ward offering a salary of R720 819 per annum plus benefits. Candidates must possess a Grade 12, diplomas/degrees in General Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Service Management, alongside a post-basic qualification in Advanced Midwifery and at least 7 years of clinical experience. Responsibilities include managing obstetric units, supervising nursing personnel, handling emergencies, and ensuring compliance with clinical governance and SANC standards.
