The Department of Social Development is seeking a Legal Administration Officer based at Head Office in Polokwane. The candidate must hold an LLB degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, providing legal interpretations, assisting with litigation and labour relations, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with frameworks such as PAIA, POPIA, and the PFMA.
