Job Overview

The Department of Social Development is hiring an HRM Clerk based at the Mopani District Office with a salary of R237 453 per annum (Level 05). The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating recruitment and selection, administering conditions of service and benefits, and facilitating transfers. Requirements include a Grade 12 qualification, computer literacy, knowledge of PERSAL, PFMA, and Public Service Regulations, alongside strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements & Qualifications

• An appropriate recognized NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent qualifications as recognised by SAQA.
• Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Acts, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of PFMA.
• Good Communication and listen skills.
• Good Interpersonal relations.
• Ability to handle pressure.

• Policy analysis and interpretation.
