The Department of Home Affairs invites applications for the Cadet Learnership Programme with 5 available posts across the Free State, including Bloemfontein, Phuthaditjhaba, and Bethlehem. Candidates must possess a National Senior Certificate (Matric). Successful applicants will receive a stipend of R4,500 per month.
